An Ayana Founder Readiness Workshop
A Pinnacle Powered Lunch Experience for Austin Women in Tech Day
Every founder is investing in something — the question is whether they know what, and whether they can name it out loud.
Invested is Ayana Foundation's pilot founder readiness workshop, an official Women in Tech track session at Austin Tech Week 2026. Over a facilitated conversation during a seated lunch, founders name what kind of investment they need next — capital, capacity, connection, visibility, or structure — and leave with language for the ask itself.
Registration is open to all Austin Tech Week attendees
The Five Types of Investment
Founders Choose the Table
That Matches Where They Are.
Founders choose the table that matches where they are right now.
Capital
Money, funding, revenue, pricing, investor readiness. What kind of money would move your company forward, and what needs to be true before you ask for it?
Capacity
Wellness, energy, sustainability, boundaries, pace. What does your company need from you that your current capacity may not support yet?
Connection
Peers, advisors, mentors, partners, community. Who needs to be closer to your work for the next stage to become easier?
Visibility
Story, positioning, public voice, credibility. What do people need to understand faster about you and what you're building?
Structure
Operations, team, delivery, legal, finance, systems. What part of the business needs more structure before the next opportunity arrives?
