Our Story

Founded on World Logic Day, 2024

Ayana was founded on a simple premise: the most overlooked asset in venture is the women-led startup ready to scale.

On World Logic Day 2024, Rajul Kadakia and Lynn Fernando (Co-Founders of TechGirl), Jaclynn Brennan (Co-Founder and former CEO of Fyli Tribe), and Lesley Robinson (Founding Director of the Kendra Scott Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute at UT Austin) launched Ayana Foundation to change that — building the infrastructure women founders need to become capital-ready, raise-ready, and venture-backed.
