About
Who We Are
A living testament to the collective power of collaborating for good.
Our Story
Founded on World Logic Day, 2024
Ayana was founded on a simple premise: the most overlooked asset in venture is the women-led startup ready to scale.
On World Logic Day 2024, Rajul Kadakia and Lynn Fernando (Co-Founders of TechGirl), Jaclynn Brennan (Co-Founder and former CEO of Fyli Tribe), and Lesley Robinson (Founding Director of the Kendra Scott Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute at The University of Texas at Austin) launched Ayana Foundation to change that — building the infrastructure women founders need to become capital-ready, raise-ready, and venture-backed.
